MATERIAL: SALVAGED VINTAGE DOOR (PINE)

This vintage door-turned-waterfall-coffee-table was salvaged (a nice way of saying I pulled it out of the trash in one of the alleys by my house) and given a second life as a furniture piece.  The side of the door shown in the pictures was completely covered in brown paint, but a little sanding revealed previous layers of white, tan and green.  Following a thorough sanding, the door hardware was cleaned, and the door was coated with several layers of satin wipe-on polyurethane to provide a light sheen.
