Anybody that knows me will tell you that house-rehabbing is something I love doing. I love it so much that I usually neglect to take any pics of the work we've done because I'm too involved in, focused on and excited about knocking out whatever's left to be rehabbed (this pic, one of the few I took, was taken sort of mid-project). That said...this was a fiasco of a project. The original contracting crew was run off following the completion of drywall-hanging; we were brought in to finish the project, which is never easy - coming in halfway through a job - for a contractor. Fortunately, we took care of the remainder of the framing, drywall, trim carpentry and on-site project management, and sub'd out the flooring, painting and landscaping. We even found the buyer, and the house was under contract before the rehab work had been completed.
